This delicious and refreshing Gin Tonic is simply flavoured with Calamondin syrup. The taste is halfway between lime and tangerine.
The calamondin, calamansi, Philippine lime, Philippine lemon or orange tree is a small decorative citrus fruit with remontant and fragrant blossoms, and abundant fruiting season in winter in small colored oranges that remain hanging on the branches.
