Refund policy

General policy

All sales are final. 1642 does not offer refunds or returns for products that are not defective or expired at the time of delivery.

Delivery inspection

It is your responsibility to :

  • Inspect products on delivery
  • Check that products are in good condition and undamaged
  • Store products properly upon receipt

After this period, products will be presumed to have been received in good condition and not defective.

Defective or incomplete products

If the product delivered is defective, expired or incomplete on delivery :

  • 1642 will send you a new product free of charge within one week.
  • You must contact customer service within 3 working days of delivery.
  • You may be asked to keep the expired or defective product for disposal.

Specific non-refunds

No refunds or returns will be accepted specifically for the following reasons:

  • Product misuse
  • Inadequate storage
  • Incorrect handling
