Photo and recipe by Noroi Distillerie Ingredients 1 oz of maple liqueur 1 oz. spiced rum 0.5 oz. fresh lime juice 2.5 oz. apple juice 0.5 oz. simple syrup 5-6 dashes orange bitters 2-3 dashes of emulsifier 1642 Ginger Beer 1 sprig of rosemary Preparation: Pour all ingredients into a shaker, except for the ginger ale.
