Photo and recipe by Olivier Duval/Max Coubès Ingredients 1.5 oz orange juice 1.5 oz carrot juice 1 oz Spritz Les Îles Ginger Beer 1642 Preparation: In a shaker put all the ingredients, except the ginger beer. Add ice cubes and shake vigorously. Strain into a glass filled with ice. Top with 1642 Ginger Beer Using a mixing spoon, stir lightly to make the cocktail more even. Garnish with a carrot Cheers!

Photo and recipe by Olivier Duval/Max Coubès Ingredients 0.5 oz Rosemont After-Ski Rum 0.5 oz Rosemont Apple Brandy 0.5 oz Lime Juice 1642 Ginger Beer Preparation: Place in all ingredients in a glass filled with ice. Mix with a spoon. Garnish with a piece of fresh apple and grated nutmeg. Cheers!
