Holiday Apple Punch

Ingredients

  • 12 apple wedges
  • 12 slices of fresh ginger
  • 3 cinnamon sticks
  • 5 oz of lemon juice
  • 5 oz of liquid cane sugar
  • 1 liter of apple juice
  • 750 mL dark rum
  • 2 oz vanilla extract
  • 750 mL of 1642 Ginger Beer
  • Ice cubes
Preparation: 
  1. In a large punch bowl, mix all ingredients
  2. Add ice cubes
  3. Stir lightly with a mixing spoon.
