Quebec flavours Cocktail

Here's the Saveurs du Québec cocktail with Menaud vodka, which comes from Charlevoix and is simply DELICIOUS, and Tonic 1642 (an eternal favourite).

 

Ingredients

  • ½ oz. lemon juice
  • ½ oz. of camerise syrup
  • 2 mint leaves cut in 2
  • 1.5 oz of Menaud Vodka
  • 3 oz of blueberry juice
  • 4 oz of Tonic 1642
  • Ice cubes

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients except Tonic 1642 in a shaker.
  2. Add ice cubes and shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
  3. Pour the entire contents of your shaker into a stemmed glass and top up with Tonic 1642.
  4. Tap a nice head of mint and place it on the cocktail.
