Ingredients 
  • oz of St. Mary's rum
  • 3 slices of lime
  • 1642 Ginger Beer
  • Ice cubes
  • Star anise

Preparation:

  1. In a highball glass filled with ice cubes, add the rum and lime slices
  2. Lengthen with 1642 Ginger Beer
  3. Garnish with star anise
