Another delicious and refreshing cocktail recipe using Montreal Distillery's El Chapleau Agave Brandy, a spirit very similar to tequila, and our classic 1642 Tonic! With this cocktail recipe in hand, it's hard to have a better cocktail moment!

Ingredients
- 2 oz Rosemont El Chapleau agave brandy from the Montreal Distillery
- 3 sage leaves
- ½ oz. simple syrup
- 1 oz lime juice
- 1642 Tonic
- Ice cubes
Preparation:
- Add all ingredients to a shaker, except the 1642 Tonic
- Shake vigorously
- Strain once or twice into a highball glass
- Lengthen with Tonic 1642
- Garnish with a sage leaf
