Another delicious, refreshing cocktail recipe using El Chapleau agave brandy from Distillerie de Montréal, a spirit very similar to tequila, as well as our classic 1642 Tonic! With this cocktail recipe in hand, it's hard to imagine a better aperitif!

Ingredients 
  • 2 oz Rosemont El Chapleau agave brandy from the Montreal Distillery
  • 3 sage leaves
  • ½ oz. simple syrup
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1642 Tonic
  • Ice cubes

Preparation:

  1. Add all ingredients except 1642 to a shaker. Tonic
  2. Shake vigorously
  3. Strain once or twice into a highball glass
  4. Extend at Tonic 1642
  5. Garnish with a sage leaf
