Ingredients
- 1½ oz Portage gin
- 1 oz of carrot juice
- 1642 Yuzu
- Ice cubes
- Mint head
Preparation:
- In a bowl filled with ice cubes, add the gin and carrot juice
- Lengthen with 1642 Yuzu
- Garnish with a head of mint
