Ingredients 
  • oz Portage gin
  • 1 oz of carrot juice
  • 1642 Yuzu
  • Ice cubes
  • Mint head

Preparation:

  1. In a bowl filled with ice cubes, add the gin and carrot juice
  2. Lengthen with 1642 Yuzu
  3. Garnish with a head of mint
