Ingredients
- 1 oz 1989 - Taffel Akvavit
- 1 oz Sophia
- ½ oz Humble Mint Rosemary
- ½ oz Maple syrup
- 4 oz 1642 Ginger Beer
- Cranberry juice
- Coconut whipped cream
- 70% Chocolate
Preparation:
- Fill a highball glass with ice
- Add Sophia, 1989, Humble, simple syrup and stir
- Add the ginger beer and fill the glass with cranberry juice.
- Make a nice coconut whipped cream hat
- Grate 70% chocolate and add a straw.
