Back from Portugal, we stretch the pleasure with flavors from the Algarve...and Quebec. A sunny, fruity gin and tonic with a taste of vacation.
Ingredients
- 2.5 oz Foxtale orange gin (or other citrus gin)
- 1.5 oz orange-grapefruit juice
- Grapefruit Tonic 1642
- fresh orange slices
Preparation:
- In a glass containing ice cubes, pour the :
- 2.5 oz Foxtale orange gin (or other citrus gin)
- 1.5 oz orange-grapefruit juice
- Extend with Tonic Grapefruit 1642
- Stir lightly with a bar spoon
- Garnish with fresh orange half-slices
