Back from Portugal, we stretch the pleasure with flavors from the Algarve...and Quebec. A sunny, fruity gin and tonic with a taste of vacation.

Ingredients 

  • 2.5 oz Foxtale orange gin (or other citrus gin)
  • 1.5 oz orange-grapefruit juice
  • Grapefruit Tonic 1642
  • fresh orange slices

Preparation:

  1. In a glass containing ice cubes, pour the :
  2. 2.5 oz Foxtale orange gin (or other citrus gin)
  3. 1.5 oz orange-grapefruit juice
  4. Extend with Tonic Grapefruit 1642
  5. Stir lightly with a bar spoon
  6. Garnish with fresh orange half-slices
