Romeo's gin and 1642 Yuzu

Ingredients

• 2 oz romeo's gin
• 1 dash of Angostura Aromatic Bitters
• 3 to 4 basil leaves
• 3 slices of fresh ginger
• 1642 Yuzu
• Ice cubes

Preparation

1. In a highball glass, put the Gin, Bitter, Basil & Ginger on ice.
2. Stir with the cocktail spoon
3. Fill with 1642 Yuzu
4. Garnish with a basil leaf
