This crazy idea owes its colors to the post-holiday season. I wasn't in the mood for alcohol that night, so I tried adding some Quebec tonic syrup to regular tonic water. Ingredients 1642 Yuzu ¼ cup chopped cucumber ¾ oz fresh lime juice ½ oz. simple syrup 1 ½ oz brewed matcha tea Ice cubes Preparation Mash the cucumber pieces in the bottom of the shaker with a pestle Add lime juice, simple syrup and matcha Add ice cubes and shake vigorously Double-strain into a glass filled with ice cubes Thin with 1642 Yuzu Garnish with a cucumber ribbon and serve with a straw.
