Forest Mushroom

The combination of simple syrup, lemon juice and garden basil leaves with these two spirits makes for a very distinctive and tasty cocktail.

Ingredients 

  • 1.5 oz Radoune Distillerie O'Dwyer gin
  • 0.75 oz Liqueur d'Églantine Distillerie Vent du Nord
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 1 oz Lemon juice
  • 2 Amer Kebek Forest traits
  • 5 Basil leaves
  • Tonic 1642 Light
  • Garnish: Orange peel and basil leaf

Preparation:

  1. Pour all ingredients into the base of a shaker except for the Tonic
  2. Fill with ice and shake vigorously
  3. Double strain into an Old Fashioned glass containing ice rock
  4. Lengthen with Tonic 1642 Léger
  5. Garnish with orange peel and basil leaves
