Mel's Summer Fizz

Inspired by Patrice Plante's Summer Fizz, a super refreshing recipe from the book The Mixology Adventure.
Mel 1642 Summer Fizz

Ingredients 

  • 2 oz of Prose Vodka
  • 1.5 oz rhubarb syrup
  • 0.25 oz of Galliano vanilla liqueur
  • 0.25 oz lemon juice
  • Ice
  • Mint bouquet
  • YUZU 1642

Preparation:

  1. In a shaker, pour: Prose Vodka, rhubarb syrup, vanilla liqueur, lemon juice, and ice.
  2. Shake the shaker and pour the contents into a long glass filled with crushed ice.
  3. Topper with 1642 Yuzu
  4. Garnish with a bunch of fresh mint
