A delicious summer cocktail, perfect for an aperitif in the water 🙂

Ingredients
- Mint leaves
- 1.5 oz of white rum (here the Trois-Rivières Cuvée de l'Océan)
- 1.5 oz. mango juice 🥭
- 0.5 oz of lime juice
- 0.5 oz of passion fruit syrup
- Ice cubes
- Rounds of lime
- 1642 Light Tonic water
Preparation:
- Directly into a glass:
- Pour the white rum
- Pour in the mango juice
- Pour in the lime juice
- Pour in the passion fruit syrup
- Add Lime Rings and Ice Cubes
- Stir with a spoon
- Stretch with 1642 Light Tonic
