Inspired by Patrice Plante's Summer Fizz, a super refreshing recipe from the book The Mixology Adventure.
Ingredients
- 2 oz of Prose Vodka
- 1.5 oz rhubarb syrup
- 0.25 oz of Galliano vanilla liqueur
- 0.25 oz lemon juice
- Ice
- Mint bouquet
- YUZU 1642
Preparation:
- In a shaker, pour: Prose Vodka, rhubarb syrup, vanilla liqueur, lemon juice, and ice.
- Shake the shaker and pour the contents into a long glass filled with crushed ice.
- Topper with 1642 Yuzu
- Garnish with a bunch of fresh mint
