Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Beemer Gin Beemer Distillery
- 0.5 oz Limoncello 3 Lakes
- 0.5 oz Humble Raspberry
- 1 oz Lemon juice
- 0.5 oz Homemade lemon syrup
- 0.5 oz Homemade mint syrup
- 1642 Yuzu
- Decorate with lemon zest, a raspberry and mint leaves
Preparation:
- Place all ingredients in the base of a shaker except for the yuzu
- Add ice and shake the mixture 3. Strain into an Old Fashioned glass containing a rock of ice
- Double strain into a cocktail glass containing an ice rock
- Lengthen with yuzu 1642
- Garnish with a lemon peel, a raspberry raspberry and mint leaves
