Ingredients 

  • 1.25 oz Beemer Gin
  • 0.75 oz Rosehip Liqueur
  • 1 oz Lemon juice
  • 1 oz Green apple syrup
  • 6 to 7 red grapes
  • 1642 Tonic Light
  • Topping: Grape and lemon piece

Preparation:

  1. Crush the grapes in the base of a shaker
  2. Pour all ingredients into the base of a shaker except for the yuzu
  3. Fill with ice and then shake the mixture
  4. Double strain into a glass containing an ice rock
  5. Stretch with the 1642 Light
  6. Decorate with a piece of lemon and a heart-shaped grape
