Ingredients
- 1.25 oz Beemer Gin
- 0.75 oz Rosehip Liqueur
- 1 oz Lemon juice
- 1 oz Green apple syrup
- 6 to 7 red grapes
- 1642 Tonic Light
- Topping: Grape and lemon piece
Preparation:
- Crush the grapes in the base of a shaker
- Pour all ingredients into the base of a shaker except for the yuzu
- Fill with ice and then shake the mixture
- Double strain into a glass containing an ice rock
- Stretch with the 1642 Light
- Decorate with a piece of lemon and a heart-shaped grape
