Ingredients 

  • 1.25 oz Fou Gin
  • 0.75 oz Sivo Peach Liqueur
  • 1 oz Lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz Thyme syrup
  • 0.5 oz Peach syrup
  • 1642 Tonic Light
  • Garnish: Sprig of thyme and apricot wedge

Preparation:

  1. Place all ingredients in the base of a shaker except for the tonic
  2. Fill with ice and shake the mixture
  3. Double strain into a cocktail glass containing an ice rock
  4. Lengthen with the 1642 light 
  5. Garnish with a sprig of thyme and a quarter of an apricot
