Ingredients
- 1.25 oz Fou Gin
- 0.75 oz Sivo Peach Liqueur
- 1 oz Lemon juice
- 0.5 oz Thyme syrup
- 0.5 oz Peach syrup
- 1642 Tonic Light
- Garnish: Sprig of thyme and apricot wedge
Preparation:
- Place all ingredients in the base of a shaker except for the tonic
- Fill with ice and shake the mixture
- Double strain into a cocktail glass containing an ice rock
- Lengthen with the 1642 light
- Garnish with a sprig of thyme and a quarter of an apricot
