The flavors of conifer resins and the bitterness of grapefruit were made to be together. I'm convinced their essential oils have molecules in common.

This cocktail is essential for cooling off on those hot days.

Ingredients

1.75 oz Mugo Gin La Distillerie Mitis
1 oz grapefruit cream @Giffard liquoriste (Angers, France)
1/2 bottle Tonic grapefruit 1642

Preparation:

Pour directly into a balloon glass half-filled with crushed ice:
1.75 oz Mugo Gin La Distillerie Mitis
1 oz grapefruit cream @Giffard liquoriste (Angers, France)
1/2 bottle Tonic grapefruit 1642
Garnish with grapefruit slices and sprigs of fresh rosemary.
