A well-balanced cocktail recipe with spicy boreal flavors with our 1642 ginger beer, sea buckthorn berry and Norkotié gin!

Ingredients
- ½ oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tsp. sea buckthorn berry spread
- 1½ oz NORKOTIÉ gin from Vent du Nord Distillery
- 3 oz of white cranberry juice
- Ice cubes
- 3 oz of 1642 ginger beer
- Orange peel
Preparation
- In a shaker, add all the ingredients except the ginger beer 1642
- Add ice cubes
- Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds
- Pour the entire shaker into a large Old Fashioned glass
- Lengthen with ginger beer 1642
- Stir lightly to make the cocktail more homogeneous
- Garnish with orange peel
