A well-balanced cocktail recipe with spicy boreal flavors with our 1642 ginger beer, sea buckthorn berry and Norkotié gin!

Ingredients

  • ½ oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. sea buckthorn berry spread
  • 1½ oz NORKOTIÉ gin from Vent du Nord Distillery
  • 3 oz of white cranberry juice
  • Ice cubes
  • 3 oz of 1642 ginger beer
  • Orange peel

    Preparation

    1. In a shaker, add all the ingredients except the ginger beer 1642
    2. Add ice cubes
    3. Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds
    4. Pour the entire shaker into a large Old Fashioned glass
    5. Lengthen with ginger beer 1642
    6. Stir lightly to make the cocktail more homogeneous
    7. Garnish with orange peel
