Looking for a little spice? With this cocktail recipe with our famous ginger beer, you will be satisfied.
Ingredients
- 1½ oz Madison Breakfast Gin
- ¾ oz lemon juice
- ¾ oz chili thai infused maple syrup (Cut a chili thai into pieces and infuse in the syrup for 20 minutes. Strain to remove chili pieces)
- Ginger beer 1642
- 3 dashes of Angostura Aromatic Bitters
- Mint bouquet
- Ice cubes
Preparation:
- Directly into a highball glass or Moscow mule cup , put all ingredients except 1642 Ginger Beer and Angostura Aromatic Bitters
- Mix with a bar spoon
- Fill the glass with ice cubes
- Extend with 1642 ginger beer
- Finish with 3 dashes of Angostura Aromatic Bitters
- Garnish with a bunch of mint and a chili pepper.
