Fresh produce and Quebec products come together, inspired by one of the oldest cocktails in history: the Mojito!
Ingredients
- Tonic Grapefruit 1642
- 1.5 oz freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
- 0.5 oz syrup (simple, grapefruit, lime and mint)
- 2 oz Distillerie White Rum with Grapefruit 3 Lacs
- 5-6 torn fresh mint leaves
- Half slices of pink grapefruit
- Ice
Preparation:
- Pour all ingredients except the 1642 into a shaker.
- Extend with Tonic Grapefruit
- garnish with a bunch of fresh mint.
