The word Récif refers to the fabulous gin from the Marigots distillery in Caplan. To make this cocktail, I combined Charme rhubarb gin liqueur, watermelon juice, watermelon syrup and lemon juice.
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Gin Récif Distillerie Des Marigots
- 0.75 oz Liqueur de rhubarbe Distillerie Des Marigots
- 1 oz Lemon juice
- 1 oz Watermelon juice
- 1 oz Homemade melon syrup
- Tonic 1642 with cucumber
- Garnish with a piece of watermelon
Preparation:
- Mix ingredients in the base of a shaker
- Fill with ice and shake the mixture
- Double strain into an Old Fashioned glass containing ice rock
- Lengthen with cucumber tonic 1642
- Garnish with a piece of melon
