If you like gin and fresh, aromatic flavors, you'll love this rosemary and gin cocktail.

Ingredients 

  • 2 oz Gin Mugo Citrus Distillerie Mitis
  • 1 oz Lemon juice
  • 1 oz Homemade rosemary and cherry syrup
  • 2 oz Yuzu Soda 1642
  • Rosemary and cherry sprigs
  • Rosemary syrup: 350 ml sugar, 350 ml water, a few sprigs of rosemary, 6 crushed ripe cherries. Bring to the boil, simmer for 20 minutes, filter and cool in a bottle.

Preparation:

  1. Place all ingredients except the Yuzu soda in the base of a shaker.
  2. Fill with ice and shake the mixture
  3. Double strain into an Old Fashioned glass containing ice rock
  4. Garnish with a cherry and a sprig of rosemary
