Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Betchwan Gin
- 0.5 oz of Sivo Rhubarb Liqueur
- 0.5 oz of homemade ginger syrup
- 0.5 oz of homemade strawberry syrup
- 0.5 of lemon juice
- 2 oz of Tonic 1642
- 5 Blueberries
- 1 orange chip
Preparation:
- Put the blueberries and syrups in the base of a shaker and crush them
- Add all other ingredients except tonic 1642
- Put the ice and shake the mixture
- Double strain into a cocktail glass containing an ice rock
- Add tonic 1642
- Mix gently
- Decorate with an orange chip
