Ingredients 

  • 1.5 oz Radoune Gin O'Dweyer Distillery
  • 0.5 oz Dry Vermouth Noily Pratt 
  • 1 oz Lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz Homemade mushroom syrup made from O'Dwyer's dried mushrooms (3:2 syrup)
  • 0.5 oz Homemade blueberry syrup
  • 2 Amer Kebek Forest traits
  • Tonic 1642 or regular
  • Lemon and blueberry slice

Preparation:

  1. Place all ingredients in the base of a shaker, except the tonic
  2. Fill with ice and shake the mixture
  3. Strain into an Old Fashioned glass containing a rock of ice
  4. Extend with Tonic 1642
  5. Garnish with a slice of lemon and blueberries
