Ingredients 

  • 1.5 oz Reef Gin Distillery Des Marigots
  • 0.5 oz Massenes Raspberry Cream or Sivo Raspberry Liqueur 
  • 0.5 oz Rhubarb Liqueur Charme Distillerie Des Marigots
  • 1 oz Lemon juice
  • 0.75 oz Homemade basil syrup
  • Tonic 1642 light or regular
  • For the garnish: Raspberry and lemon skewer, basil leaf

Preparation:

  1. Place all ingredients in the base of a shaker, except the tonic
  2. Fill with ice and shake the mixture
  3. Strain into an Old Fashioned glass containing a rock of ice
  4. Extend with Tonic 1642
  5. Garnish with a raspberry skewer, lemon pieces and a basil leaf
