Ingredients 

  • 1 oz Chamre Rhubarb Liqueur Distillerie des Marigots
  • 1 oz Frimas Vodka Mitis Distillery
  • 1 oz Lemon juice
  • 0.75 oz Homemade Rhubarb Root Syrup
  • 0.25 Homemade thyme syrup
  • 1642 Yuzu
  • Trimmer

Preparation:

  1. Place all ingredients in the base of a shaker except for the yuzu
  2. Fill with ice and shake the mixture
  3. Double strain into a cocktail glass containing an ice rock
  4. Lengthen with yuzu 1642
  5. Garnish with a strawberry
