Ingredients
- 1 oz Chamre Rhubarb Liqueur Distillerie des Marigots
- 1 oz Frimas Vodka Mitis Distillery
- 1 oz Lemon juice
- 0.75 oz Homemade Rhubarb Root Syrup
- 0.25 Homemade thyme syrup
- 1642 Yuzu
- Trimmer
Preparation:
- Place all ingredients in the base of a shaker except for the yuzu
- Fill with ice and shake the mixture
- Double strain into a cocktail glass containing an ice rock
- Lengthen with yuzu 1642
- Garnish with a strawberry
