Ingredients 

  • 1.5 oz Gin ImaGin red Distillerie de Cap-Chat
  • 0.5 oz Northern Ruby
  • 1 oz Homemade red apple and mint jelly
  • 1 oz Lemon juice
  • 0.25 oz Maple syrup
  • 2 dashes of Hibiscus flower water
  • Pear chips infused with amaretto and mint head
  • Tonic 1642 Elderberry

Preparation:

  1. Place all other ingredients in the base of a shaker except for the tonic
  2. Fill with ice and shake the mixture
  3. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass containing a rock of ice
  4. Lengthen with Tonic 1642 Elderberry
  5. Garnish with a pear chip infused with amaretto and mint
