Peach and Cranberry

Ingredients 

  • 1.5 oz Reef Gin Distillery of Marigots
  • 0.5 oz Sivo Strawberry Liqueur
  • 1 oz Lemon juice
  • 1 oz Homemade cranberry syrup
  • 4 to 5 peach cubes
  • 1 sprig of thyme
  • Branch of thyme and peach pieces Emulsifier
  • Tonic 1642 Lightweight for lengthening

Preparation:

  1. Place the peach cubes in the base of a shaker of a shaker and crush them
  2. Add all the other ingredients except the tonic
  3. Fill with ice and shake the mixture
  4. Double strain into another shaker
  5. Add the emulsifier and make a dry shake
  6. Pour into a cooled bowl containing 2 oz of tonic 1642 light
  7. Garnish with lemon or lime peel
