In the Loop

Ingredients 

  • 0.5 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz homemade orange syrup
  • 2 drops Chuck Hughes Jalapeno hot sauce
  • 1 egg white
  • 1.5 oz Loop Cucumber & Jalapeno gin
  • 3 oz of white cranberry juice
  • 2 oz of Tonic 1642 with Yuzu

Preparation:

  1. Place all ingredients except 1642 in a shaker.
  2. Make a dry shake, i.e. shake without ice for 8 to 10 seconds.
  3. Add ice cubes and shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
  4. Strain into a High Ball glass.
  5. Topp with Tonic 1642 with Yuzu.

DECO IDEA

Place a little orange syrup on one plate and a little orange zest sugar on another. Using a brush, spread some orange syrup on the side of the glass and apply the orange zest sugar on top. Place a long ribbon of cucumber in your glass.
