Ingredients
- 0.5 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 0.5 oz homemade orange syrup
- 2 drops Chuck Hughes Jalapeno hot sauce
- 1 egg white
- 1.5 oz Loop Cucumber & Jalapeno gin
- 3 oz of white cranberry juice
- 2 oz Tonic 1642 with Yuzu
Preparation:
- Place all ingredients except 1642 in a shaker.
- Make a dry shake, i.e. shake without ice for 8 to 10 seconds.
- Add ice cubes and shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
- Strain into a High Ball glass.
- Topple with Tonic 1642 with Yuzu.
DECO IDEA
Place a little orange syrup on one plate and a little orange zest sugar on another. Using a brush, spread some orange syrup on the side of the glass and apply the orange zest sugar on top. Place a long ribbon of cucumber in your glass.
