Ingredients
- 2 oz Pisco
- 0.75 oz Humble Curaçao Humble Spirits
- 0.5 oz Domaine des Cantons ginger liqueur
- 1 oz Lime juice
- 0.5 oz Simple syrup
- Tonic 1642 light
- Citrus chips, mint leaf and maraschino cherry
Preparation:
- Place all ingredients in the base of a shaker
- Fill with ice and shake the mixture
- Double strain into an Old Fashioned glass containing ice rock
- Lengthen with tonic 1642 light
- Garnish with a citrus chip, a mint leaf and a maraschino cherry.
