Ingredients
- 1 oz. lime juice (one whole lime)
- 1 oz of zaatar syrup
- Tonic 1642
- 1 Lebanese cucumber
- 1 line of zaatar
Preparation:
- Fill an old fashion glass with ice
- Add lime juice and zaatar syrup
- Top with tonic and stir
- Garnish with four Lebanese cucumber slices in a fan shape
- Sprinkle with a thin line of zaatar
For the Zaatar Syrup (1.5 liter):
- Mix 1 L of water, 1 kg of sugar and 1 cup of zaatar.
- Let infuse for 24 hours.
- Then filter finely.
