Sometimes the LAKE girl needs her blueberry fix. It's not always possible to eat a good handful of fresh blueberries, so we use high-quality syrups and liqueurs that taste just as satisfying.
The addition of elderflower flavor completes the picture with elegance and roundness.

Ingredients

  • Elderflower Tonic 1642
  • 2 oz London Dry Gin Beemer Distillery
  • 1 oz Beemer Distillery blueberry liqueur
  • 0.75 oz blueberry syrup Délices du Lac-Saint-Jean Economusée
  • 0.5 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ice cubes

Preparation:

  1. Pour all the ingredients except the 1642 and the ice cubes into a shaker.
  2. Shake the shaker well and pour the contents into a Gin Tonic glass with ice cubes.
  3. Add Elderflower Tonic 1642 and garnish with sprigs of fresh rosemary.

Cheers!
