A refreshingly exotic aperitif was in order.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Portage Beach Gin / Local Club Portage Dry Gin
- 1 oz guava juice
- 1/2 bottle of tonic grapefruit 1642
- Large ice cubes
Preparation:
- Pour all ingredients into a balloon glass
- Mix gently with a bar spoon and garnish with a slice of pink grapefruit.
