What a beautiful day! Spring is well on its way, at least here in Montreal...
A refreshingly exotic aperitif was in order.

Ingredients 

  • 2 oz Portage Beach Gin / Local Club Portage Dry Gin
  • 1 oz guava juice
  • 1/2 bottle grapefruit tonic 1642
  • Large ice cubes

Preparation:

  1. Pour all ingredients into a balloon glass
  2. Mix gently with a bar spoon and garnish with a slice of pink grapefruit.
