Cherries are a delicious, juicy fruit that can be used to flavor gin and give it a sweet, fruity touch. They're an all-purpose fruit that adds freshness and fragrance to a cocktail.
Ingredients
- 1.25 oz Les Herbes Folles Société Secrète gin
- 0.75 oz Société Secrète Elixir rhubarb liqueur
- 1 oz Homemade yellow Pitaya syrup
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 5 Cherries
- Emulsifier
- 2 oz Tonic Light 1642
Preparation:
- Place the cherries and yellow Pitaya syrup in the base of a cocktail shaker. Crush fruit
- Add all other ingredients
- Fill with ice and shake the mixture
- Double-strain into a second shaker
- Add an emulsifier and make a dry shake
- Garnish with a clementine chip and a fresh cherry
