A cocktail with the name Harmonie fleural is a refreshingly elegant drink, highlighting the floral aromas of red Imagin gin and the fruity sweetness of raspberry liqueur.

Ingredients 

  • 1.25 oz ImaGin red gin Distillerie de Cap- Chat
  • 0.75 oz Raspberry liqueur Distillerie de Cap-Chat
  • 1 oz Lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz Homemade thyme syrup
  • 0.5 oz Prosyro Lavender Syrup
  • Tonic 1642 Elderflower

Preparation:

  1. Place all ingredients except the 1642 in the base of a shaker.
  2. Fill with ice and shake the mixture
  3. Double strain into a cocktail glass containing an ice rock
  4. Extend with tonic 1642 elderflower
  5. Garnish with a garden flower
