Ingredients
- 60 ml Wild North whisky
- 10 ml maple syrup
- ½ fresh lemon juice
- Maple Cola 1642
- Ice cubes
- Lemon slices and rosemary sprigs for decoration
Preparation:
- Pour the whisky, maple syrup and lemon juice into a shaker.
- Top up the shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to mix and chill the ingredients.
- Pour the mixture into a cocktail glass.
- Top up with Maple Cola 1642 and stir lightly.
- Garnish the glass with a slice of lemon and a sprig of rosemary.
