Maple Fizz

Ingredients 

  • 60 ml Wild North whisky
  • 10 ml maple syrup
  • ½ fresh lemon juice
  • Maple Cola 1642
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slices and rosemary sprigs for decoration

Preparation:

  1. Pour the whisky, maple syrup and lemon juice into a shaker.
  2. Top up the shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to mix and chill the ingredients.
  3. Pour the mixture into a cocktail glass.
  4. Top up with Maple Cola 1642 and stir lightly.
  5. Garnish the glass with a slice of lemon and a sprig of rosemary.
