This bright red cocktail from mixologist Fanny Gauthier has everything to please with its citrus flavours and the acidity from the cranberry-raspberry juice. It also contains orgeat syrup, a drink made with almond milk and orange blossom water, and it's layered with a Quebec tonic.

Ingredients
- 15 mL (0.5 oz) lemon juice
- 15 mL (0.5 oz) orgeat syrup
- 15 mL (0.5 oz) Cointreau
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
- 15 mL (1.5 oz) Old Lady gin
- 60 mL (2 oz) cranberry-raspberry juice
- 60 ml (2 oz) tonic 1642
Preparation:
- In a shaker, put all the ingredients except the tonic.
- Add ice and stir vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
- Strain with a cocktail strainer into an old fashioned glass.
- Add ice cubes and extend the cocktail with tonic.
- Stir lightly with a mixing spoon to make the cocktail more homogeneous.
Decoration idea: Tap a beautiful sprig of rosemary and place in the glass.
