Lueur De Prune

G&T is the best way to get to know all the flavors of a gin. Adding spirits in small doses also adds a completely different dimension, while retaining the dominance of the gin.
Lueur de prune is based on this principle, and consists of three products made by the Société Secrète de la Gaspésie. It's an invitation to sensory discovery, with each spirit elegantly integrated to create a refined and surprising harmony of flavors.
The cocktail begins with Herbes Folles Gin, whose vibrant character reveals a bouquet of wild aromatics. Its herbaceous notes, enriched by the subtle presence of juniper berries, echo its authentic identity and add herbal depth.
The fruity sparkle is then expressed by Plum Elixir, which enhances the gin with fruity notes. Its profile, straddling sweetness and a hint of acidity, contrasts with the herbaceous intensity of the gin. Finally, the Heure Verte herb liqueur adds a refined herbal accent, amplifying the cocktail's fresh, invigorating character. The whole harmonizes with the effervescence of tonic 1642.
A skewer of lemon pieces and a few juniper berries are added to enhance the brightness of the mix. A simple cocktail, easy to make and full of flavour.
