Yellow Butterfly

This cocktail is simply a taste that inspires summer. It's made with spirits where freshness and sweetness meet. At the heart of this cocktail is Liqueur Révolution from Distillerie du Quai. This liqueur embodies lemony notes reminiscent of lemonade. This product is a product of the circular economy. For example, the lemon peel residues used in the recipe for piri-piri sauce are put to good use. The lemon peels are macerated in alcohol before being sweetened with declassified maple syrup and sugar.

Alongside it, Liqueur Entaille from Distillerie Mitis adds a woody, gourmet depth. True to its name, this maple liqueur is surprisingly rich, evoking the precious sap of our forests. It adds a note of complexity. Triple Sec Les Îles brings its bright orange notes back to the tropics.

Lemon juice and homemade mint syrup add a refreshing, herbaceous dimension. Two spoonfuls of cherry syrup help balance out the slightly tart mix. Drops of Vain Irish Vanilla extract (optional, but highly recommended) add an interesting aromatic complexity.

The whole is lengthened by Yuzu 1642 Soda, with its citrus and exotic notes.

If you're in the mood to discover the flavors of summer, this cocktail is for you.
