The power of rosemary will enhance your gin and tonic in a beautiful way! It's important to know that we taste food with our noses and by rubbing the rosemary a little, you will diffuse its essential oil! Juniper berries and grapefruit have very similar flavour profiles and will enhance the juniper notes that are also present in the gin.

The touch of thyme adds a little bit of bitterness that goes perfectly with the 1642 Tonic Léger. We went all sweet on the sugar side to enjoy even more the flavours of the Gin.
