The power of rosemary will enhance your gin and tonic in a beautiful way! It's important to know that we taste food with our noses and by rubbing the rosemary a little, you will diffuse its essential oil! Juniper berries and grapefruit have very similar flavour profiles and will enhance the juniper notes that are also present in the gin.
1642 Gin Recommendation We choose either a boreal gin to go with the rosemary notes like Wabasso Conifère, Km 12 or a gin with citrus notes for the grapefruit like St-Laurent Citrus or 3 Lakes Grapefruit Rosemary.
