A refreshing fruity cocktail by Fanny Gauthier at 1642 Fleur de Sureau.

Ingredients
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz. orgeat syrup
- 3 raspberries
- 3 blackberries
- 2 oz. Bombay Bramble gin
- 3 oz of cranberry juice
- 2 oz of Tonic 1642 Elderflower
Preparation:
- In a shaker put all the ingredients, except the Tonic 1642 Elderflower.
- Add ice cubes and shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
- Pour your entire shaker into a highball glass.
- High five with Elderflower 1642 tonic.
- Using amixingspoon, stirlightlyto make the cocktail more homogeneous.
Idea Decoration: Make a skewer of blackberries and raspberries and place it on top of your glass.
