Photo and recipe by Comont Distillerie Ingredients 8 mint leaves 6 cucumber slices 0.25 oz lime juice 0.5 oz dry vermouth Val Caudalie 1.5 oz Comont traditional gin 1642 Tonic Preparation: In a shaker Put all the ingredients except the tonic and add the ice Shake for 5-8 seconds and pour contents into a glass. Top up with ice and tonic water Garnish with a mint head and cucumber slices Happy Holidays!

Sweet Ginger

Photo and recipe by Noroi Distillerie Ingredients 1 oz of maple liqueur 1 oz. spiced rum 0.5 oz. fresh lime juice 2.5 oz. apple juice 0.5 oz. simple syrup 5-6 dashes orange bitters 2-3 dashes of emulsifier 1642 Ginger Beer 1 sprig of rosemary Preparation: Pour all ingredients into a shaker, except for the ginger ale. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain into an Old Fashioned glass filled with more ice. Thin with ginger beer. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary. Happy Holidays!
