Here is a simple recipe with 1642 Yuzu.

As fresh and delicious as a Gin Tonic, the Lafrance Yuzu cocktail highlights the flavours of yuzu while allowing the aromas of spruce to come through smoothly. An exotic, boreal proposition.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz Lafrance Dry Gin
  • 1642 Yuzu
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh apple slice

Preparation

  1. In a glass filled with ice, pour Lafrance Dry Gin.
  2. Extend with 1642 Yuzu.
  3. Garnish with a slice of fresh apple.
