Ingredients
- 1.5 oz of old gin Trait-Carré 1665
- 0.5 oz of maple gin liqueur Trait-Carré OR
- 1 oz of lemon juice
- 0.5 oz of simple syrup
- 0.5oz of Rouge Gorge vermouth
- 2 oz of 1642 Ginger Beer
Preparation:
- Mix the following ingredients in a shaker:
- - Gin Trait-Carré 1665,
- - Maple gin liqueur Trait-Carré OR,
- - Lemon juice,
- - Simple syrup,
- Pour into glass and add about 2 oz of 1642 Ginger

Slowly pour in 0.5oz of Rouge Gorge vermouth with a spoon so that it creates a separation
