Blueberry Gin Fizz

  Ingredients 

  • 2 oz BleuRoyal Gin
  • 2 oz blueberry syrup (see recipe)
  • 1 oz of lemon juice
  • 1 bottle of 1642 Tonic
  • Ice

  Preparation:

  1. In a shaker, pour ice, BleuRoyal gin, blueberry syrup and lemon juice.
  2. Put the ice in a glass.
  3. Filter the juice with a strainer.
  4. Pour over ice.
  5. Lengthen with Tonic 1642.

Blueberry syrup:

  Ingredients 

  • 1 package of fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup of boiling water
  • 1 cup of sugar

  Preparation:

  1. Pour blueberries into a bowl.
  2. Pour the boiling water over the blueberries.
  3. Crush the blueberries with a mortar.
  4. Filter the mixture through a sieve.
  5. Add sugar and stir.
